1. Service description

Wauldo provides a verification API for AI agent outputs: a numeric support_score on every answer, claim-by-claim grounding against the sources you provide, and per-claim diagnostics (numerical_mismatch, entity_mismatch, negation_conflict). The service is accessed via API through RapidAPI or directly at api.wauldo.com, and via first-party SDKs for Python, TypeScript, and Rust.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or to process illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying models or infrastructure.
  • Abuse the API with automated requests designed to degrade service for other users.
  • Upload malicious files, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or tenant isolation mechanisms.
  • Use outputs to make high-stakes decisions (legal, medical, financial) without human oversight — the service is assistive, not authoritative.

3. API usage and rate limits

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan (BASIC, PRO, ULTRA, or MEGA). Exceeding your plan's limits will result in throttled requests until your quota resets. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits as needed to maintain service quality, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

4. Payment and billing

Marketplace subscriptions are handled through RapidAPI. All payments, invoices, and refunds for those plans are governed by RapidAPI's terms and policies. Direct enterprise subscriptions are billed via invoice; terms are set in the signed order form.

5. Your data

Documents you upload are processed and stored to enable query functionality. Your data is isolated per tenant — no other user can access your documents. You retain full ownership of your content. When you delete a collection, the associated documents, chunks, and embeddings are removed.

See our privacy policy for retention periods, third-party processing, and GDPR rights.

6. Limitation of liability

Wauldo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated answers and fact-check verdicts may contain inaccuracies despite our cascade heuristics and multi-mode verification. You should not rely on Wauldo outputs as the sole basis for critical decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wauldo's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, upstream provider outages, or infrastructure issues may cause temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of planned maintenance.

Real-time status is available at api.wauldo.com health endpoints and any posted status page.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in activity that harms other users or our infrastructure. You may stop using the service at any time by canceling your subscription through RapidAPI or by deleting your collections via the API.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers or through a notice on our website.
